У вівторок, 27 травня 2025 року, студенти мали унікальну можливість відвідати гостьову лекцію з Марком Верзані — юристом і експертом ресторанного бізнесу в США. Тема зустрічі: «Як відкрити ресторанний бізнес у Нью-Йорку».

Пан Верзані поділився власним досвідом відкриття ресторану у мегаполісі, розповів про ключові юридичні аспекти, з якими стикаються підприємці, та дав практичні поради, як досягти успіху в одній з найконкурентніших галузей.

Зустріч викликала жвавий інтерес серед студентів — вони активно ставили запитання, обговорювали виклики бізнесу в США та отримували цінні відповіді від лектора.

«Dear Marc,
It was a great honour to listen to you and ask a question. You were passionate about what you do so much so that it inspired me, even though I'm not into business. I hail from a remote city (it's called Donetsk if you know) and I have never encountered people from other countries there, let alone continents. That is different about Chernivtsi, it's an multicultural city, a lot of Romanians and Moldovans, one time I came across Indians. It was a surprise for me that we can even meet such people like you and Cecily as guests. Having a chance to communicate with native speakers and hear about things they're into really does broaden horizons! As to the USA, i dream about visiting this country and NYC tops my list of places. What a luck to speak to real residents! If you come to us again It'll be nice to listen about your life there a bit. I'm positive I'll visit the USA in the future.
